G4C Future Leader
Position held: Bid Manager
Natasha began her career at Willmott Dixon as a Sustainability Manager and two years ago started a current role as Bid Manager. Responsible for project delivery in the preconstruction phase, Natasha’s projects have included schools, an office development and more recently, two flight simulator facilities. She demonstrates the same focus, attention to detail and proactive approach to all projects, whether they’re £10m or £40m schemes.
Natasha excels in collaborating with the Operations and Commercial Teams during the preconstruction phase, meaning that the whole team get a better understanding of the project. In these early stages, she encourages Supply Chain members to review the design and feed into the project construction programme. The building design benefits from their specialist knowledge, programme duration's have greater predictability and the whole project team is motivated through participation by all. This also allows Natasha to build and develop not only her own relationships with the Supply Chain partners and consultants, but also to create wider networks for learning and best practice.
Natasha has been shortlisted for the Women in Construction, Green Leadership award, and most recently was nominated by her peers for the Willmott Dixon Building On Better Award in three categories – Customer, Quality and Local Hero.
The winner of the G4C Future Leader award will be announced at the Constructing Excellence SECBE awards on the 28th of June 2018 at the Royal Lancaster London. For more information or to book tickets click here.
