SECBE Aim: A significant number of SECBE's Members will recognise the business case for investment in people and take practical/positive steps to develop their employees skills sets and productivity and to encourage young people into the industry
How?
- By developing management and leadership training networks
- Piloting and rolling out apprenticeship co-operative schemes
- Increasing demand and use of effective Continuing Professional Development
- Ensuring adequate skills provision to exploit Advanced Technologies
