2. SWMP - Site Waste Management Plans
3. Lean - Lean Construction

Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
Our accelerated training programme is ideal for individual companies but is particularly beneficial when delivered through the supply chain, generating substantial commercial benefits for both client and supplier.
We offer two programmes, over 6 months:
Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs)
Site Waste Management Plans are now a legal requirement – some local authorities and ECO Home standards are already demanding that SWMPs need to be in place now. Find out how to benefit from cost savings through better management for recovery and disposal and learn strategies to manage your risks more effectively.
We offer two options of training that provide support, strategies and tools to help you quickly learn how to implement effective and efficient SWMPs
- Introduction to preparing SWMPs (full day)
- SWMP in Practice - allowing you to do your first one to draft status (two days)
Lean teaches us to stand back and examine and question our processes:
-
Understanding what value means to the customer, and eliminating every activity that does not contribute to adding value
-
Reducing costs whilst increasing profits which together both increase a company's market competitiveness and reduces its prices to customers
- Delivering better results for all parties using less resources and effort
