SECBE offers a training programme that provides tools and support to accelerate your progress to achieve ISO14001 standards in just 6 months. The key aspects are:
- Six workshops - one per month on a clear, defined path with peer support from members working towards a common goal, and online and individual telephone support from your workshop leader
- EMS toolkit - based on the very successful EU approach used and recommended by IEMA
- Templates and examples - provided for customisation and use by each individual company
- Web based Supply Chain Forum - A web space for each supply chain member to allow communication and sharing of information, to track progress, introduce an element of competition and to provide for uploading/submission of deliverables for each stage for interim progress review by the course leader

Month 5
Step 13: The control panel of your EMS - monitoring and measurement
Step 14: Learning by doing - nonconformance and preventative action
Step 15: Logging your environmental management - record keeping
Month 6 (includes wrap up, review and feedback)
Step 16: The audit of the EMS
Step 17: Continual improvement
Cost per company in a supply chain programme = £2,400 + VAT
