Would you like to improve innovation capabilities and successfully address a current business challenge in your organisation?

IFLP (Innovative Future Leaders Programme) equips leaders with the knowledge, connections, confidence and practice to drive innovation. It’s an immersive business change programme designed to mobilise leaders in our industry with the right skills, tools & experience to drive change in their businesses.

Participants from the construction and built environment sector work on business challenges and develop their leadership skills through a 6-month programme with three interactive 2-day residential workshops. Participants are carefully picked from each area of the industry which creates new, unique and ongoing connections. 

Expert innovators

IFLP is led by Sarah Winckless MBE (Leadership and Performance Coach, Olympic Bronze Medallist and World Champion rower) and a team of expert innovators. A range of influential figures within and far beyond the construction industry will deliver expert advice and guidance. Participants will hear from on average eight speakers during their programme.

IFLP was developed by SECBE and it is supported by CIOB.
