Over the past ten months, the technology skills project has identified a number of new and emerging construction processes and products which will improve the performance of the construction sector particularly in the fields of housing and of benefit to small and medium sized contractors (SMEs). The technologies are identified in four themes which are Steel, Timber, Mobile IT and Concrete.
