CoTrain are extremely proud of apprentice Matt Buller, having reached the final stages of the in the Berkshire Apprenticeship Awards Adult category on Thursday 22nd of November at the ceremony held at Legoland in Windsor.

Matt was nominated for the award by Chris Ames, Head of Planning at Wates, who commented, "Matt joined the Planning team last year with a late appointment to the role, yet from the beginning he was keen to catch up with his college work and has continued to show his willingness to push forward academically, as well as show his commitment with a 2hr commute to college each week. This commitment has been mirrored in his work for us at Wates and has quickly become part of the team on the projects he is working on."

Chris went on to say, "He has shown his commitment with excellent attendance and reliability, and willingness to learn, getting involved in all planning processes. He is keen to get to site as much as possible to experience construction techniques and expand his planning skills, taking the initiative to request site visits as well as not being afraid to ask questions to broaden his knowledge and understanding of the planning role."

Congratulations to Matt for this amazing achievement in being named a finalist in the awards!
