CoTrain works with local authorities, tier 1 contractors and the supply chain to bring young people into the construction sector under structured apprenticeship training programmes.

CoTrain has helped contractors fulfil their framework and ESP obligations to provide an apprenticeship placement on short-term contracts and where they are unable to support a traditional two-year commitment. Working collaboratively with CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) we recruit, employ and support apprentices through a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme.
