News: In 2023, our Innovative Future Leaders Programme - IFLP reached new heights!

One group wrapped up their journey, while two new cohorts of construction leaders launched into the programme, geared up to drive transformation and growth in their companies.

🎄 Looking back at 2023 to look forward🎄

2023 was a breakthrough year for the Innovative Future Leaders Programme - IFLP. One cohort came to an end and two more cohorts of leaders in construction took flight this year to help their companies transform and grow.

We are proud to say:

📈 15 companies in construction chose IFLP as their 2023 go-to platform to transform their organisations, leading to innovations and process improvement.

🌟 We are witnessing a surge in women joining IFLP in 2023 (30%), which signals a positive change in the sector’s diversity and leadership.

🤝 On top of the regular IFLP workshops, we had 3 networking sessions organised and led by our IFLP participants. It's all about sharing experiences, supporting continuing development, and nurturing trust across our community.

👍 Construction companies speak up about the benefits of IFLP for their success. 40% of companies who benefitted from IFLP once, allocate more and more leaders again to the next cohorts.

🌱 All IFLP participants confirmed the programme pushed their personal development enormously. Some shared they received a well-deserved promotion.

💼 Many IFLP participants explore and benefit from business opportunities and collaboration within the wider IFLP network, leading to their company's growth.
